Project Requests

All capital projects or single trade projects budgeted at $25,000 or less.

Projects exceeding $25,000 will be managed by USC’s Capital Construction and Development (CCD) and will adhere to guidelines applicable to large projects.

*If your project is estimated to be over $100,000, a preliminary scope of work must be pre-submitted to the Office of the Provost for approval prior to engaging CCD.

Expenditures made beyond the regular, normal upkeep of physical properties (i.e. Land, Buildings, and Equipment) for the repair or replacement of failed or failing building components as necessary to return a facility to its currently intended use, to prevent further damage, or to make it compliant with changes in laws, regulations, codes or standards
Capital Project
The development, design, and construction for all tenant improvements, building renovations and major capital construction projects.
Minor Tenant Improvement
Tenant improvements under $25,000 that do not require permits.
